Nicole Walker, Founder & Executive Director
Nicole has been mentoring girls for nearly 20 years. She has a passion for empowering girls and women to realize their value and achieve their greatest potential. Nicole is also an ordained minister that frequently speaks and facilitates at women’s conferences, workshops and events. She has over 10 years in federal public service, holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, a Master’s in Business Administration and Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Champlain University.

Nicole’s belief is that all girls and women are 3G: God’s Gorgeous Gifted Individuals Radiating Love.

Anita Maldon, Treasurer
Anita worked for the federal government for more than 35 years . Post-retirement, Anita heads up her church's Women’s Ministry, is Chairperson of the Deaconess Ministry and the Church Administrator, overseeing the Church’s financial operations. Additionally, Anita serves as Program Director for the Shepherd’s Care Pantry, which distributes free food to eligible families within the community. Anita has a B.S. Degree from Florida State University and is a Certified Procurement and Contracts Manager.
Anita comes from a lineage of strong women and enjoys providing support and encouragement to women and girls.

Victoria Wedge, Director of Fundraising
Victoria Wedge is a native of the Washington, DC area. She is a graduate of University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in Family Science. Victoria is very active in her local church Sylvan Vista Baptist Church (SVBC). She has served in the music ministry at SVBC for over 20 years and as the Artistic Director of the SVBC dance ministry for over 15 years.
Victoria is currently a Finance Management Specialist, managing domestic and international portfolios. She is very passionate about encouraging people, especially girls and women, to pursue their life goals and dreams.
Ashley Ballard, Director of Events
Ashley is a native of Washington DC. She has always had a passion for working with youth from a young age. She helped establish several ministries for youth/young adults at her church, Peace Baptist. Ashley’s passion for youth drove her to become a teacher as a vocation. Outside of teaching and ministry, Ashley is also an actress. She has a B.S. from Bowie State University and a Graduate certificate from Teach-Now Graduate School. Ashley continues to impact the lives of youth, especially young girls. Her desire is to help young girls, who grew up under similar circumstances as herself, grow into powerful women who believe they can accomplish anything.
